Wrap the frozen cake in 2 layers of kitchen cling wrap. Place the cake inside a sturdy cake box for added protection during shipping. The frozen cake should fit snugly into the box and would not shift around.

Get a shipping box and layer the bottom with bubble wrap. Place the cake box on top of the bubble wrap and insert the gel coolant packs on the sides and top. Fill in any spaces in the shipping box with packing peanuts or bubble wrap to prevent any movement.

Lay another layer of bubble wrap on top of the cake box and seal tightly with packing tape. Address and label the package and take to your local shipping company or post office.
