Your kids have grown and don’t use it anymore. So what should you do with the trusty baby stroller that you’ve spent good money on? You van either sell it on eBay or give it away to relatives or friends who need one. Sending the stroller over is not a problem as long as you know how to properly pack it for shipping. Here are tips on how to properly pack and ship a baby stroller.
Modern baby strollers are usually fold-able to make it easy to carry around. Just fold the stroller down to its smallest size. Take out all removable parts and wrap each one individually with bubble wrap.
Also, bubblewrap the stroller generously. Two to three layers of wrap are ideal to provide maximum padding and protection. Use packaging tape to secure the wraps.
Get a sturdy shipping box that is large enough to accommodate the stroller and provide extra 3 inches on all sides. Fill the bottom with a layer of packing peanuts and lay the stroller on top. Put in more packing peanuts and also the other removable parts. Fill the box with packing peanuts up to the top. The contents must not move around when the box is shaken, otherwise, put in more peanuts.
Close the box and secure it with several layers of packaging tape. Address and label the package and bring it to your local post office or shipping company.
