Take a lens case and wash with sterile rinsing solution. Air dry the case. When completely dry, fill with contact lens solution for soaking and disinfecting.
Gently place the lenses on the case with very clean finger tips.
Cover the case, ensuring that it is well sealed and there’s no chance of leakage.
Wrap the lens case with a couple of layers of bubble wrap and secure with tape.
Take a Flat Rate Express Mailer envelope from your local post office.
Place the wrapped contact lens case inside and seal securely. Pay the flat-rate fee and mail the package.
